INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

You will serve as a INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the INVENTORY ACCURACY SECTION of NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR SAN DIEGO.

You will provide technical expertise in the Inventory Accuracy Program.
You will ensure material such as fragile and delicate instruments, aviation, classified, depot level repairable, electrical and electronic components properly inventoried and chain-of-custody properly accounted for/documented.
You will interpret and adapt agency instructions, regulations, policies and procedures to fit the specific requirements.
You will develop mid and long range plans concerning inventory accuracy for all warehousing activities including hazardous materials, ensuring shelf life compliance and other factors.
You will generate regular reports and statistics as required to ensure warehouse and distribution functions are meeting NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center operational goals.
