SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST

You will serve as a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst in the Naval Supply Systems Command ofNAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR SIGONELLA .

You will oversee the administration of civilian personnel matters to manage the recruitment and selection processes for new employees.
You will gather and ensure proper completion and submission of all required supporting documentation in accordance with the current NAVSUP Hiring Order.
You will provide advice, recommendations and information in the areas of manpower and position/personnel management to all levels of NAVSUP FLCSI management and supervisors.
You will coordinate the application and implementation of new guidance/standards and ensures general consistency in interpretation.
You will perform studies and reviews as required and provides analysis and technical recommendations to the Command on difficult, sensitive, or precedent setting personnel issues.
You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work
