SUPERVISORY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

You will serve as a Supervisory Traffic Management Specialist in the Personal Property Shipping Office of NAVSUP FLC NORVA GF.

You will plan work to be accomplished, set, and adjust short-term priorities, and prepares work completion schedules.
You will assure equality in determining qualifications, selections, assignments, training, promotions, details, discipline, and awards to employee.
You will work with supervisor to develop and implement procedures, policies, and guidelines for counseling, shipment management and vendor management operations that maximize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
You will maintain liaison with other services, agencies, and Headquarter organizations to ensure program and mission requirements are achieved.
