Position Description

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the NAVSUP FLCY ofNAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR YOKOSUKA . ***ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN JAPAN IS EXTREMELY LIMITED. Please see Additional Information section below.***

Position Duties/Responsibilities

  • You will prepare special and recurring reports as required by management and higher echelons.
  • You will create and maintain internal controls to include but is not limited to developing and maintaining internal personnel action tracking logs, databases, electronic files and libraries in support of the command workforce requirements.
  • You will be responsible for the Check-in/Check-out (CICO) process ensuring CICO procedures are in accordance with policy and guidance.
  • You will organize and review the Performance Appraisal Review System (PARS), ensuring all personnel have a performance plan within 30 days of new position or the beginning of a new performance cycle.
