You will serve as a SUPERVISORY CONTRACT SPECIALIST of NAVSUP FLC PEARL HARBOR.

You will provide overall strategic direction, planning, and execution of management and administrative functions for the Contracting office.
You will lead acquisition projects and initiatives and engaging with Senior Executive-level customers to resolve complex procurement and business problems with potentially decades-long impact.
You will determine contracting support role in connection with establishment of programs or major projects and make decisions concerning changes in emphasis needed for programs.
You will provide planning management and administration of the contracts and contract administration, contract policy and administrative support groups regarding program directives, contractual activities and procurement policy interpretation.
You will oversee the work and assess the performance of all assigned employees.
