FACILITY OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

You will serve as a Facility Operations Specialist of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT in Philadelphia Pa.

You will provide oversight and coordination for the execution of day to day facility related operational support services to NAVSUP WSS directorates who reside in NAVSUP WSS designated buildings.
You will assist the Building Manager and Facilities Operations Managers with the management, coordination and execution of all facility related maintenance, repairs and projects.
You will negotiate any changes in scope with customers and NAVFAC personnel as necessary to accomplish requirements in the most efficient and economical means possible.
You will design and manage space planning projects from beginning to end by creating a Statement of Work, AUTOCAD plans and work package indicating the selection of furniture, carpet, wall finishes, and cost estimate.
