MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST within NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR JACKSONVILLE.

You will serve as a liaison with the Manpower and Human Resource Office (HRO) and perform a variety of technical work involved in the study, analysis, evaluation, development, or improvement of managerial policies, practices, methods and procedures.
You will plan, organize, direct, and complete special studies involving current needs in areas such as simplification and reinvention, organizational design, workforce management planning, and management development.
You will review and analyze staffing patterns based upon mission, organization, workload, and priorities and recommend improvements, adjustments and/or corrective action, as required, in manpower requirements, allocations, and organization structure.
You will determine military and civilian personnel requirements and develop justifications on strength, type of personnel, organizational structure, and operational changes.
You will prepare reports, memos, charts, statistics, and PowerPoint slide presentations to present information to managers.
You will Initiate, monitor, and track all requests for personnel actions (RPA) for the Command.
