SUPERVISORY MECHANICAL ENGINEER

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MECHANICAL ENGINEER in the Nuclear Reactors Supply Chain Management Department of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.

You will provide quality engineering control over NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support reactor plant material orders.
You will establish and evaluate policies, procedures, specifications, and standards for the Nuclear Reactors Spare Parts Program.
You will establish priorities, schedule work, and distribute work assignments.
You will make final determinations as to the acceptability of materials.
You will use Quality Deficiency Reports (QDRs) to track, evaluate, and make recommendations on vendor's products.
You will verify that purchase orders and/or contracts for nuclear material meet current technical and quality control requirements.
You will establish goals and objectives for the Nuclear Quality Assurance Program and plan and implement required changes.
