Position Description

This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies through the Certain Competitve Service/ Modified Direct Hire Authority. Position Duties/Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for forming effective implementation of systems security regulations and policies.
  • You will support the Program Manager in the Assessment and Authorization process.
  • You will develop Security Assessment Plan (SAP) to test the site or system being certified.
  • You will obtain results from test plans and advise system owner of any discrepancies.
  • At the GS-11 level you will perform the below:
  • You will assist in the development of security standards and procedures
  • You will document discrepancies found from test results and document risks following prescribed procedures.
