You will serve as an IT PROJECT MANAGER in the Logistics Solution Department of NAVSUP BUSINESS SYSTEMS CENTER. #LI-NAVSUPBSC

You will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the activities of an application development team.
You will ensure that effective Information Technology (IT) practices and pertinent laws and regulations are successfully employed in products and procedures.
You will support organization and department initiatives to modernize IT systems and processes.
You will initiate and coordinate innovative efforts such as new technologies, process improvements, and enterprise level initiatives.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors to provide status information or changes to assigned projects.
You will conduct analytical studies to develop cost estimates.
You will coordinate with team members to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
