GENERAL SUPPLY SPECIALIST

You will serve as a General Supply Specialist in the Operations Department of NAVSUP FLC NORVA GF.

You will provide supply support coordination for both local and visiting units as assigned, and provide port visit guidance and support as needed.
You will assist with transportation requirements for obtaining vehicles, and coordination of material movement as necessary.
You will visit and communicate with assigned ships in port daily; receive, analyze, and respond to requests for logistics support.
You will accept requests for assistance and suggestions from assigned units, analyze service providers' support methods to determine deficiencies and recommend possible improvements.
