SUPERVISORY CONTRACT SPECIALIST

You will serve as a Supervisory Contract Specialist in the Regional Contracting Department of NAVSUP FLC PUGET SOUND.

You will serve as the lead negotiator in developing pre-negotiation strategy, conducting negotiations for the acquisition of systems, and in directing or performing pre and post award negotiations involving contract changes or modifications
You will plan and propose changes, allocate resources for special projects and new missions, and identify areas within the contracting function where processes can be automated or where efficiencies can be gained through automation.
You will approve overall contracting objectives in accomplishing the Division's mission and procurement functional management responsibility as delegated by higher authority within FLCPS and NAVSUP HQ.
You will hold unlimited Contracting authority warrant and are responsible for overseeing long-range acquisition planning, negotiation techniques, and oversight of contract administration for a wide range of complex supplies/services for procurements.
