You will serve as a IT Specialist (CUSTSPT) in the Comand IT Support Division of NAVSUP BUSINESS SYSTEMS CENTER.
Position Duties/Responsibilities
- You will provide assistance to a wide range of afloat and ashore customers at both the classified and unclassified level.
- You will answer in-bound help desk calls, create new help desk tickets and provide advice and assistance to customers on both routine and complex issues assist them in creating help desk tickets vis NAVY Enterprise Service Desk (NESD).
- You will assess the problem tracking and resolution database to input, update and track customer issues and resolutions.
- You will analyze problems and provides resolutions within the sphere of authority.
