SUPERVISORY CONTRACT SPECIALIST

You will serve as a Supervisory Contract Specialist in the Contracting Department of NAVSUP FLC NORVA GF.

You will oversee the work of all subordinates, assess performance, and establish goals and objectives aligned with the mission and vision of the command.
You will execute unlimited contracting authority and Chief of Contracting Office responsibilities.
You will provide overall planning management and administration of the contracts and administration, contract policy, and administrative support groups regarding program directives and procurement policy interpretation.
You will serve as a recognized acquisition expert, serving as an advisor to NAVSUP FLC Norfolk management on acquisition issues and program goals and objectives.
You will serve as principle representative in dealing with contractors, other government groups, and other agencies contracting offices.
