Position Duties/Responsibilities

  • You will serve as the western pacific region's logistics integrator, providing material, postal, bulk fuel and supply chain services to afloat and shore-based commands.
  • You will coordinate pre-deployment logistics information, meeting ships/subs upon arrival, providing supply support training, assisting with part ordering and material manifesting and material turn in.
  • You will facilitate and oversea many services to include: deliveries and transportation of fuel, cargo and mail. assist with HAZMAT delivery, offload and confirm logistics request requirements.
  • You will broker customer requirements for information, material and services, coordinate and facilitate resolution of customer problems, complaints, and requirements.
  • You will provide support to the contracting officer representative and contracting officer for all supply matters.
  • You will investigate, analyze, and resolve a variety of conventional supply concerns questions, or situations to access effectiveness and efficiency of the program.
  • You will monitor established supply systems, programs, and assigned blocks of activities in one of the technical supply areas, perform independent reviews, and recommend actions involving criteria, methods, techniques, and procedures.
