SUPERVISORY EQUIPMENT SPECIALIST

You will serve as a Supervisory Equipment Specialist in the Airframes Division of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.

You will preside over the day-to-day operation of the Airframes Division.
You will monitor overall quality of division's source development and full screen efforts by sampling completed packages.
You will review all processes of the Division, including files maintenance, execution of source development procedures and critical item review procedures.
You will assign or oversee assignment of work to GS-12 and GS-11 equipment specialists based on their abilities, priorities, and workload. Sets priorities among division projects.
