TRANSPORTATION ASSISTANT (COUNSELOR)

Position Description

You will serve as a Transportation Assistant (Counselor) of NAVSUP FLEET LOGISTICS CENTER JACKSONVILLE.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will communicate with members/employees, their dependents or agents to elicit their shipment needs and services desired.
• You will ensure that the work of TSPs and/or contractors engaged in the physical handling and movement of household goods comply with applicable service tenders, solicitations, contract specifications and other government regulations.
• You will respond to all member/employee and TSP requests for information/assistance.
