SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER (EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR)

You will serve as a Supervisory Program Manager (Executive Director) of NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR PEARL HARBOR.

You will serve as the senior civilian advisor to the Commanding Officer (CO) and Executive Officer (XO) and provides long-term leadership and management continuity and expertise for the command.
You will be responsible for all business planning functions to include development of command-level plans, goals, and objectives that are in alignment with NAVSUP strategies and priorities, and major stakeholder operational plans and requirements.
You will work with managers and subject matter experts to identify and resolve issues/problems impacting efficiency or effectiveness of operations, or pose a risk to the health and safety of personnel or the environment.
You will approve organizational changes, workforce restructuring, and staffing changes proposed by departments.
You will be responsible for overseeing the overall planning, direction and execution of programs which are managed through subordinate organizational units or staff functions.
You will serve as the final authority for the full range of personnel actions and organization design proposals within the command.
