CONTRACT SPECIALIST

You will serve as a CONTRACT SPECIALIST in the Contracting Department of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT. #LI-NAVSUPWSS

You will serve as a subject matter expert on contracting policies and procedures, contract types, performance requirements, and negotiation techniques.
You will serve as the Team Leader and Lead negotiator of a team of contract specialists.
You will develop the government's position after analyzing costs and other factors and be prepared to present and defend your findings.
You will be responsible for completing complex documents, such as Acquisition Planning documents, Justification and Approvals, and Determination and Findings.
You will negotiate changes in prices, terms, and conditions and review completed contracts to ensure all requirements are met and the contract is complete.
