LEAD GENERAL SUPPLY SPECIALIST

You will serve as a LEAD GENERAL SUPPLY SPECIALIST in the Submarine and Maritime Industrial Operations Department of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.

You will distribute and balance the workload among General Supply/Equipment Specialists in accordance with workflow and provide needed training for success.
You will instruct and provide guidance to subordinate personnel regarding specific supply-related tasks and job techniques.
You will review supply support policies developed by higher echelons to determine the impact on workload and manpower requirements, materials, and other factors.
You will represent the Command at conferences and recommend policies and operating methods to accomplish assigned supply/inventory tasks.
You will analyze Level I/ Submarine Safety (LI/SS) technical data and develop plans to meet crucial goals.
You will work with Technical Data Packages (TDPs) and ensure data accuracy for provisioning and re-procurement support.
