PROCUREMENT ANALYST

You will serve as a PROCUREMENT ANALYST of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.

You will support the attainment of government socio-economic objectives; conduct market research; assist with acquisition planning; participate in the source selection process.
You will interpret and apply DoD and Navy policies and procedures on small business programs as they apply to NAVSUP WSS, as well as implementing new policies and procedures.
You will assist contracting, inventory, and technical staff with market research, identifying contracting opportunities for small business concerns, structuring requirements, contract incentives, and evaluation factors.
You will provide Small Business Program input on contract incentives, initiation of new procurement approaches, competition, review of source selection plans, and other assistance as required, to ensure maximum participation by small businesses.
