MANAGEMENT ANALYST

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the FLEET LOGISITICS SUPPLY CENTER-SAN DIEGO (FLC-SD) of NAVSUP FLC SD GF.

You will serve as internal Command program manager to ensure timely establishment of performance plans and objectives, completion of mid-term and close out reviews, and accomplishment of annual performance assessments.
You will perform work involving analyzing or resolving problems and situations concerning a wide variety of organizational structures, and providing administrative support to management.
You will communicate information and guidance for use by managers and employees throughout FLC San Diego and its operating locations.
You will evaluate the programs' effectiveness at the field level operating levels.
You will develop annual workforce shaping plans to include requirements for: Voluntary Separation Incentive Pay/Voluntary Early Retirement Authority authorization.
You will plan for key, critical, high turnover, and geographically difficult fill positions.
