SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST

You will serve as a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst in the Talent Management Division of NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR PEARL HARBOR.

You will exercise responsibility for formulation, development, preparation, presentation, execution, management, and administration of related policies, procedures, goals, objectives, and operations.
You will serve as the command's primary coordinator with NAVSUP HRO on all matters related to civilian workforce development and management.
You will be responsible for collecting manpower data for senior management staffing decisions and input personnel data using the Navy's Total Force Manpower Management System (TFMMS).
You will independently perform a variety of technical work involved in the analysis, evaluation, or improvement of managerial policies, practices, methods and procedures relative to civilian personnel management, recruitment, and development.
