You will serve as a Contract Specialist in the Contracting department of NAVSUP FLC BAH GF.

You will analyze contract prices or cost including the proposal to determine reasonableness in accordance with the scope of the work.
You will conduct solicitations of facility type contracts.
You will develop and implement solutions to solve procurement or contractual problems.
You will obtain and analyze audits, technical evaluations, and pricing reports to develop negotiation strategy.
You will plan, prepare, and award contracts using contracting language, source selection procedures, and cost and price analysis.
