SUPERVISORY INDUSTRIAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST

You will serve as a Supervisory Industrial Support Specialist of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.

You will execute and maintain status of allocated funds for scheduled/unscheduled aircraft workload assignments.
You will review and approve plans for correspondence concerning the receipt, preservation, storage and modification and maintenance in a flyable condition, of Navy stored aircraft which are required to meet CNO mobilization requirements.
You will oversee and provide technical and administrative guidance on matters involving aircraft storage and preservation and movements (flyaway’s, shipments) to AMARG and various agencies.
You will utilize information of past performance on previous or ongoing requirements and contracts in order to predict future capability and aircraft schedule trends.
You will maintain close contact with senior level technical and managerial personnel from various organizations concerned with inactive aircraft management, storage and preservation.
You will arrange for technical and engineering support from Fleet Repair Centers (depots) to provide AMARG personnel training on new weapon systems added to the Navy inventory at AMARG.
