PROGRAM ANALYST

You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Program Management Division in the Country Program Management Department of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.

You will serve as the Deputy Case Manager and provide shared management of a portfolio of Security Cooperation cases directed to NAVSUP WSS and the International Programs Directorate for your assigned country programs.
You will develop comprehensive tailored solutions in cooperation with international partners and other U.S. military departments (MILDEPs) and agencies in support of your assigned country programs to improve performance or reverse negative trends.
You will provide advice, guidance, and direction to lower graded employees with questions on assignments, problem/resolution concerns, program issues that are under review and current deadlines and time frames for completion.
You will monitor all aspects of international partner programs in the assigned area of responsibility, including the timely delivery of all material and services, and the financial accuracy of the overall FMS program.
