SECURITY SPECIALIST

You will serve as a Security Specialist in the Naval Supply Systems Command Headquarters (NAVSUP HQ) of CNSSC OPERATIONAL SUPPORT FIELD.

You will administer NAVSUP HQ Operations Security (OPSEC) program consisting of HQ and enterprise OPSEC policy development and implementation; training, education and awareness; working group oversight; and OPSEC assessments.
You will be responsible for developing Critical Information and Indicators List (CIL) for the Commander and disseminating the CIL to subordinate organizations.
You will be responsible to administer the Information Security program to include the integration and oversight of the Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) program.
You will develop training materials, briefings, and other items to publicize the information security program and enhance compliance with regulatory requirements.
You will research equipment purchases such as shredding equipment, storage containers, and authorized portable storage containers.
