SUPERVISORY PROCUREMENT ANALYST

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROCUREMENT ANALYST in the Contracting Management Department of CNSSC OPERATIONAL SUPPORT FIELD.

You will provides expert technical direction, guidance, advice, counsel, assistance and instruction to staff on contracting issues, programs, policies and initiatives designed to support the Navy Field Contracting System (NFCS).
You will recommend policy changes to operational Instructions and other guidance when inadequacies or inefficiencies are discovered.
You will continually search for opportunities to improve policies, procedures, and practices through contacts with DoW agencies and Departments, other Federal agencies, congressional staff, and industry.
You will decide appropriate methodologies to use in achieving Department work goals and objectives and finds ways to improve Department work methods and procedures to assure efficiency and productivity.
