SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Position Description

You will serve as a Supervisory Logistics Management Specialist in the Packaging, Handling, Storage, and Transportation (PHS&T) Department of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will attend functional/technical program meetings, conferences, and program reviews and become a leader or integral member of the logistics initiative team.
• You will maintain current program knowledge and status to effectively integrate, justify, and defend program initiatives in numerous technical, functional and program management arenas.
• You will lead and provide expert analytical advice and guidance to functional managers and senior leaders on DoD and Navy logistics management program processes and development and analysis requirements.
