SUPERVISORY CONTRACT SPECIALIST

Santa Rita, Guam

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY CONTRACT SPECIALIST in the NAVSUP FLCY Division of NAVSUP FLC YOKO REG.

You will provide technical planning, project management, supervision, and other duties assigned for subordinate Contract Specialists and Purchasing Agents
You will perform market surveys to determine available sources and commodities and assist in requiring activity in creating the Statement of Work (SOW), schedule of services, source list and coordinated Government Estimate.
You will determine type of contract, method of solicitation, proposal evaluation criteria, date of award, and resources required from the Command.
You will be responsible for Post-Award contract administration which includes monitoring contractor performance, issuing modification of orders, issuing delivery orders, ensuring contractors payments, terminating contract and closing out contracts.
You will develop long term goals to meet the command's mission requirements and provide contracting guidance and oversight in the area of responsibility (AOR) for port visits.
