PROGRAM ANALYST

Position Description

You will serve as a Program Analyst in the N98 Office of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT coordinating staffing plan requirements and other matters as it relates to personnel.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will represent the department in matters pertaining to workload, staffing, and reviewing NAVSUP WSS operations; serving as the primary advisor for Command level briefs and Headquarters Activity Accomplishment Report.
• You will perform studies to ensure the directorate staffing levels are optimized and remain within the Command OPTAR's.
• You will lead special automation projects focused on resolution of the most complex or unique system problems.
• You will analyze policies and guidelines, complete and coordinate required documents, track actions until completion, monitor developmental career actions for the directorate's workforce and ensure actions are submitted in a timely manner.
