This position is a identified as a Site Director and is located in the Supply Management Department at the Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville FL (FLCJ), sites Pensacola, Mayport and Jacksonville. The department mission is to enable the warfighters to accomplish their mission across the full range of military operations. Enterprise-wide collaboration requires effective communication, and the power of the team is enhanced through full and open sharing of real-time information across NAVSUP lines of effort. Our influence within and across the logistics network allows us to closely align with the warfighter and optimize available resources. Our relationships with Joint, federal agency, coalition, and commercial partners are also critical to how we deliver our products and services to our customers. The incumbents are responsible to accomplish NA VSUP's mission and carry out the day-to-day management of military and civilian personnel providing multiple Products and Services, including Postal to include official mail, Inventory Accuracy, Warehousing, Personal Property, Transportation, Hazardous Materials and Fuels to its installation customers and tenant commands assigned. The incumbent develops, improves, and administers the functions of a complex and diverse supply organization.
