You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST of NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR SAN DIEGO.

You will affect improvements in operations by conducting, coordinating, or directing manpower studies.
You will serve as program lead and principal advisor with responsibility for planning and coordinating the implementation of the ERP program throughout the Command.
You will provide periodic status updates of automated systems progress, problems/recommended solutions and the ability of the programs to meet strategic goals.
You will assist in efforts regarding staffing, motivation and training to develop all employees, and ensures equitable consideration for training opportunities and nominations for teams and committees.
You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjust short-term priorities, and prepare schedules for competition of work.
