PHYSICAL SCIENCE TECHNICIAN

Mayport, FL

You will serve as a Physical Science Technician in the Operations Division of NAVSUP FLEET LOGISTICS CENTER JACKSONVILLE.

You will review information from samples as received, inspect samples for correctness and completion; request additional or corrected information from the customer as needed.
You will oversee sample retain management with regard to log-in, storage, and ultimate disposal.
You will prepare laboratory findings and briefings to operations personnel and fuels leadership presenting the results of the investigations, methods, and techniques used, data obtained and recommendations and conclusions reached.
You will maintain records of fuel tests, interprets test results and compares them against acceptance limits.
