Position Description

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Naval Supply Systems Command, NAVSUP Echelon III (Code 300) of NAVSUP FLC SIG GF, Sigonella Sicily, Italy. The Secretary of Defense has ordered a department-wide hiring freeze subject to certain limited exceptions. This position is subject to the DoD hiring freeze. Offers of employment related to this vacancy announcement will not be executed until the position has an approved exemption.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

  • You will maintain and support Information Technology (IT) systems that are used for day-to-day operations.
  • You will lead the NAVSUP Enterprise working groups to resolve issues, provide input to establish processes, disseminate information, and develop system enhancements for future development.
  • You will work in conjunction with NAVSUP HQ training team to develop and deliver training to enterprise personnel.
  • You will contribute to continual improvements for assigned programs and IT systems.
  • You will recommend changes to the Navy processes and systems and assists with the development of formal change requests.
  • You will analyze data to identify trends and works with Enterprise personnel to improve the overall program success.
  • You will serve as a liaison between NAVSUP Echelon III Activities and NAVSUP HQ.
