FACILITY OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

Position Description

You will serve as a Facility Operations Specialist in the Business Support Department, Facilities Management Division of NAVSUP FLC NORVA GF.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

  • You will research facility regulations and implement local policies and procedures.
  • You will investigate and document facility deficiencies.
  • You will conduct facility inspections and develop comprehensive and thorough facility sustainment, renovation, and modernization projects from these inspections.
  • You will develop and conduct training and maintain all facility command support programs.
  • You will utilize automated systems to track purchase requests, work orders, projects, facility costs and expenses.
