MANAGEMENT ANALYST

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Workforce Management (WFM) Division (N14), NAVSUP HQ's ACOM for Personnel (SUP N1) of CNSSC FLD DET MECH PA.
Position Duties/Responsibilities
- You will serve as a Management Analyst assigned to the Time and Travel team responsible for providing Time Management, Travel, and Personnel support for related activities across entire NAVSUP Enterprise.
- You will serve as the point of contact for all HQ payroll related issues; analyzing and resolving all civilian time and attendance payroll problems.
- You will serve as the command liaison on all pay issues involving: over and under payments, incorrect pay rates, leave issues regarding military leave, donated leave, and other leave entitlements.
- You will provide day-to-day program management of all Defense Travel System operations to include: managing and monitoring travel system, customer support, and management controls.
- You will assist with account setup, management, closure and respond to incoming calls and emails.
- You will review authorizations, vouchers, amendments, and adjustments.
- You will analyze and coordinate all travel against headquarters travel budget.
- You will make recommendations to the NAVSUP travel lead in regards to command policy, process improvements, and procedural guidance on travel issues.
- You will distribute travel related guidance and information to Organizational Defense Travel Administrators.
- You will provide assistance to Echelon III.IV activities as required to resolve issues, disseminate information, and develop system enhancements.
- You will perform workforce management role analysis to control privacy act data and protect system data from unauthorized charges.
